Return Policy
You can return most items from our store for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Items returned must be in their original packaging (or acceptable packaging) and include all accessories originally shipped.
Return Shipping Cost
For returns within 30 days, we offer free return shipping by providing a prepaid return label in the following situations:
- Item arrives damaged or defective
- Product quality issues
To process a full refund, we require pictures or videos of the defective or damaged item.
For other returns, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund and vary based on the return location.
Return Process
- Contact Customer Service
Email service@rwflame.store indicating the item(s) you wish to return and the reason. We will respond within 48 hours. For damaged or defective products, pictures or videos are required to process the return/refund. - Prepare the Shipping Label
Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address. Print your shipping label or request assistance at your carrier location. For damaged or defective products, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. - Pack the Item(s)
Pack the items with the original packaging and include all accessories shipped with the original order. - Ship the Item(s)
Drop off your package at a carrier location and ship it to us. Once shipped, please notify us at service@rwflame.store. We will track the return and issue a refund to your original payment method upon receiving the package.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Gift cards
- Personalized items
- Bundled items at discounted rates (e.g., “5 for $25”) unless the entire bundle is returned
- Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product or sale page
