RWFLAME household appliances and accessories come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser and the original product.
Repair and Replacement Details (Covered by the Warranty)
- Repairs or replacements will be carried out based on the specific malfunction.
- Parts that may be repaired or replaced include, but are not limited to, the display screen, control board, heating components, and internal wiring.
- All replacement parts or units will be brand new.
- Repaired or replaced parts will continue to follow the remaining warranty period of the original order.
- The customer is responsible for shipping the product to the designated service facility. RWFLAME will cover the repair costs and the return shipping to the customer.

- When requesting warranty service, customers must provide valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or invoice).
- Warranty requests must be submitted within the active warranty period.
Conditions Not Covered by the Warranty
The warranty does not cover the following circumstances:
- Consumable or easily worn parts, including components explicitly identified as consumables during purchase. These may be purchased separately on our official website.
- Damage caused by improper use, including failure to follow the instructions in the User Manual or Technical Specifications Sheet, such as:
- Using incompatible power supplies
- Installing the product incorrectly
- Using unauthorized accessories
- Failure to perform recommended maintenance
- Damage resulting from commercial, industrial, or non-residential use.
- Normal wear and tear that does not affect normal product functionality.
- Damage incurred during shipping, if the product was not packaged or handled properly by the sender.
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, repairs, or disassembly.
- Damage caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, accidents, abnormal voltage, or uncontrollable external events.
- Products purchased or used outside of North America.
