At R.W.FLAME, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. Most products are shipped for free anywhere within the 48 contiguous United States. For some larger items, there may be a small additional shipping fee, and items over 10,000 lbs may incur an extra $30 charge.

For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, and certain APO/FPO addresses, shipping charges will be recalculated and adjusted. In these cases, one of our representatives will contact you via email or phone before order fulfillment.
Oversized items that cannot be shipped by standard ground will be sent via freight shipping.
Shipping Provider & Processing
We partner with FedEx to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. Most orders are processed and shipped on regular business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
Orders placed before 11:30 a.m. PST are typically shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 11:30 a.m. PST will be shipped the following business day.
Order Verification
To prevent errors or delays, our Customer Service team may contact you to verify your order and billing information. Please ensure all information entered during checkout is accurate.
Inspecting Your Order
For freight or large-item deliveries, carefully inspect your package before signing the delivery receipt.
Please verify the following before accepting your shipment:
- The correct item has been delivered.
- Packaging is intact and free from significant damage.
If you notice damage or receive the wrong item, refuse the package and contact our Customer Service team at +1 (510) 923-9428 for further instructions.
Returns & Refunds
We recommend keeping the original packaging for possible returns. Please include the packing note and completed return form to ensure efficient processing.
After we receive your returned package, an email confirmation will be sent. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any original shipping charges. Bank processing may take several days; if you do not see the refund within 10 business days, please contact Customer Service.
When preparing your return:
- Include only the items indicated on the return slip.
- Include all original packing materials, manuals, and accessories.
- Complete and include the return slip.
- Place the prepaid shipping label on the package.
- Drop off the package at a carrier location.
Rwflame.com reserves the right to refuse a refund if:
- The returned item does not match the original item shipped.
- Parts, accessories, or original packaging are missing.
- The item is damaged due to improper return packaging.
- The item shows excessive use or assembly that prevents proper return packaging.
Sales Tax
As of 04/01/2022, R.W.FLAME collects sales tax from the following states: Illinois, Washington, Florida, California, and New Jersey. Rates include both state and local taxes and are automatically calculated at checkout.
