Payment Authorization
All payments are subject to authorization from your payment provider. RWFLAME cannot complete an order if the payment is declined. Reasons for declined payments may include:

- Technical or network errors
If your payment is declined, please check with your bank or try an alternative payment method.
Order Confirmation
Once a payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email confirmation including your order number and details. Please keep this email for your records.
Orders are not considered confirmed until payment authorization is received.

Multiple Payments and Duplicate Orders
Please avoid submitting multiple payments for the same order. If duplicate charges occur, contact our support team immediately for resolution. Refunds will be issued according to our return and refund policies.
Refunds and Reversals
Refunds for eligible returns or cancellations are processed through the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and can take several business days.
RWFLAME is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment services.
Payment Disputes
If you have a dispute regarding a payment, please contact our customer support team first. We aim to resolve all issues fairly and transparently.
Do not initiate chargebacks without contacting RWFLAME, as we are usually able to resolve concerns without involving your payment provider.
Special Cases
- Promotional Codes or Discounts: Discounts or promo codes are applied at checkout. They cannot be applied retroactively after the order is completed.
- International Cards: Currently, RWFLAME ships only within the United States. International cards may be accepted but must comply with U.S. billing address requirements.
- Failed Transactions: If your payment fails, please check card details, available funds, and any bank restrictions, then try again or contact support.
